Personalised counselling for young people and their families, focusing on emotional wellbeing and providing NDIS support.
We provide personalised counselling for children, adolescents, young adults, and families, supporting individuals with and without disabilities, including neurodivergent and neurotypical people. Our work focuses on emotional wellbeing, social connection, and building psychological flexibility, with support tailored to each person’s strengths, needs, and goals.
We have extensive experience working with NDIS participants and their families and offer disability-informed support alongside counselling for those not accessing NDIS.
Our areas of focus include emotional regulation, anxiety, self-esteem, identity development, and communication skills. We also provide inclusive, affirming support for LGBTQIA+ individuals and families, creating safe, respectful spaces where all identities and voices are valued.
We believe that personalised counselling works best when grounded in trust, respect, and connection, fostering emotional wellbeing. Our warm, inclusive, person-centred approach meets people where they are and supports them toward where they want to be, all while providing NDIS support. We draw on evidence-based and holistic strategies that honour each person’s strengths, story, and goals.
Our practice is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming, with a strong understanding of the challenges young people and families face. We work collaboratively to support insight, confidence, and meaningful change.

I provide personalised counselling for children, adolescents, young adults, and families, with a strong focus on emotional wellbeing, connection, and understanding what sits underneath behaviour. I support both neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals, including people with disabilities and those accessing NDIS funding, and I have extensive experience working alongside NDIS participants, families, schools, and support teams.
I am a qualified counsellor and special education teacher with over 20 years’ experience supporting children and young people with diverse learning, emotional, and behavioural needs. Born and raised in Switzerland and now based in Australia, my work is informed by a broad, inclusive perspective and a deep respect for individual differences.
My areas of focus include emotional regulation, anxiety, self-esteem, identity development, and communication skills. I work in a practical, supportive, and respectful way, meeting people where they are and helping them build skills and confidence at a pace that feels manageable. Change doesn’t need to be rushed — we focus on taking things one step at a time, in ways that feel safe, achievable, and meaningful.
